Coconut Sweets (Dolcetti di Cocco)
Instructions
Whip the egg whites with the salt, then add the sugar and beat the mixture until it is well hard.
Stir in the grated coconut pulp and vanilla sugar.
Arrange the mixture in spoonfuls sufficiently spaced from each other, on a baking plate covered with aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

- 3 egg whites
- 400 g of coconut pulp
- 250 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
