Instructions
Mount Snow whites with a pinch of salt, then add the icing sugar and chopped hazelnuts.
Mix well but gracefully not to remove the egg whites.
Butter a baking dish and distribute the mixture with a teaspoon.
Put in the oven to bake at 100 degrees and allow to cool.
