Greek rice dessert
Instructions
Boil the rice, leave it to drain and allow to cool.
Pour it into a bowl and add the yoghurt, nuts and diced candied fruit and honey.
Mix well and spread the sweet in 4 cups.
Decorate with almonds fillet and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of rice
- 250 g of greek yoghurt
- Mixed dried fruit (apricots, figs, prunes, dates)
- Candied fruit (citron, orange)
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- Fillet peeled almonds
