Ice cream cake
Instructions
Beat egg yolks well with sugar.
Stir in potato starch, mix with milk and sweet simmer stirring constantly until smooth and thick cream.
Allow to cool, then add the amaretti and the mixed liquor, 3 egg whites and cream.
Stir with a whisk and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
Garnish with the chopped chocolate and serve.

- 6 eggs
- 75 cl of milk
- 150 g of amaretti biscuits
- 1 small glass of orange liqueur
- 70 == G potato starch
- 25 cl of whipped
- 180 g of sugar
