Instructions
Put in a cup raisins and Apple peeled and cubed, sprinkled with brandy and programmed 1 minute at 600 w.
Keep aside.
Pour the milk in a tall container, add the butter and 6 minutes scheduled 600 W.
Put the semolina to rain in boiling milk, stirring with the whisk.
Cook 3 minutes covered at 600 W stirring with the whisk in half and when cooked.
Add apples and raisins, stir and cook another 3 minutes covered at 600 w.
Mix semolina cooked vigorously and let rest covered 2 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a small damp mould, level it and let it cool down.
Finally, dessert, turn out onto a plate.
In a non-transparent Bowl put the remaining 100 g of sugar and 2 tablespoons water together, without mixing.
Cook 5-6 minutes uncovered at 600 W without ever touching.
Add 3 tablespoons of boiling water, turn the bowl and pour the caramel sauce on dessert.
