Cream Cake (Dolce di Panna)
Instructions
In 1 Bowl mount the cream, stirring, then add the sugar, flour and potato flour mixed with baking powder.
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and delicately lush to the mixture.
Take 1 sheet, grease it, foderarla with a well buttered greaseproof paper, pour the mixture and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serve cold.

- 5 egg whites
- 200 g of fresh cream
- 300 g of sugar
- 140 g of flour
- 70 g of starch
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Butter
