Instructions

Toast the hazelnuts in the oven at moderate heat for a few minutes and then pass it to the tritamandorle; crumble cookies.

Prepare a cream whipping the sugar with 2 egg yolks and butter.

Add the cocoa and mix this cream biscuits and nuts.

Put into a mold and possibly square and then refrigerated for a few hours.

Serve it cut into diamonds.
