Mare e monti appetizer
Instructions
Boil the rice in boiling salted water, drain it al dente, allow to cool and pour it in a large Salad Bowl.
Separately, cut to pieces the crab meat, grate a thin thread vegetables and rice mix by adding after an emulsion of yoghurt, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly, until you have mixed all the ingredients.
Immediately afterwards, pour the mixture into a mold by distributing the rice ring evenly and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Then, turn the baking mould and place the contents on a serving dish and serve garnished with curls of mayonnaise and capers.

- 200 g of rice
- 200 g of crab meat
- 2 fresh zucchini
- 2 leeks
- 1 costa of celery
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- 1 tube of mayonnaise
- 100 g of yoghurt
- 1/2 tablespoon of pickled capers
- Salt
- Pepper
