Instructions
Slice apples and coarsely chop nuts.
In a bowl combine eggs, flour, melted butter, orange juice, 1 tablespoon grated zest, honey.
Line the baking Tin of baking paper and alternate layers apples and dried fruit then cover the whole thing with the cream.
Bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour.
Unmold the cake when it is cold.

- 1000 g of apples renette
- 130 g of dried figs
- 150 g of mixed dried fruit (apricots, plums, peaches)
- 100 g of walnut kernels
- 2 oranges
- 70 g of liquid honey
- 50 g of cornmeal
- 50 g of white flour
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of butter
