Instructions

Finely grate 500 g carrots wash and scrape.

Place in a saucepan with 50 cl of milk and cook for 15 minutes.

Then add 200 g sugar and cook for another 15 minutes.

Add 2 tablespoons butter, 150 g flour, 5 crushed cardamom seeds, 2 tablespoons of raisins and 1 tablespoon of ground almonds.

Let simmer for 2-3 minutes and pour it into a rectangular baking dish.

Allow to cool in the fridge, pull out and cut into squares before serving.
