Instructions

Scrape the carrots, wash them and use.

In a bowl mix sugar, coconut, 75 g flour, the yeast and carrots.

Beat the eggs as to make an omelette and incorporate them to the mixture, stirring well.

Grease and flour 1 springform and pour the preparation.

Put the cake in the oven already warm to 225 degrees for about 35 minutes and pull out only when it is cold.
