Sweet the plums
Instructions
Wash the plums and dry to cut them in half by eliminating the crux.
Separately, in a bowl, beat eggs with sugar, vanilla and melted butter, then mix the sieved flour and baking powder together, stir, add the plums in half, stir the mixture again and pour into buttered mold 1 and sprinkled with brown sugar.
Bake at 170 degrees for 1 hour.
