Sweet Cream (Dolce Alla Panna)
Instructions
Whip the cream.
Incorporate the yeast to starch.
Combine gently cream the sugar, flour and potato starch.
Beat the egg whites until foamy and mix the mixture firmly.
Butter a baking dish, pour the mixture and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Wait until the cake is cold to pull out and serve.

- 5 egg whites
- 200 g of fresh cream
- 300 g of sugar
- 140 g of flour
- 70 g of starch
- 1 teaspoon of butter
