Instructions
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, take out the reds and mash.
Mix mayonnaise with anchovy paste.
Blend tuna, mayonnaise, egg yolks, mixing well.
Put the mixture into a syringe for cakes with embroidered nozzle.
Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
Place on a platter and complemented with triangles of buttered bread, lettuce leaves and capers.

- 5 hardboiled eggs
- 150 g of tuna
- 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- Olive oil
