Instructions
Grind the almonds, peeled, not with the coffee grinder, combine sugar and with a bit of cold water make a paste of right consistency.
Add 2 whole eggs and a red, lemon zest, vanilla and chopped candied minutely.
Knead the dough, make the eggs by hand, place it on the lined baking communion wafers and bake in moderate heat for about twenty minutes.
Cooled, remove the unnecessary edges of ostia, lightly brush the pastry with apricot jam diluted with water and sugar and cover them with white coloured in pink ice.
