Dessert of blackberries
Instructions
Put in 1 more still frozen Casserole with 5 tablespoons sugar.
Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat, then pass the fruit through a sieve to remove the seeds and put it in the fridge.
Stir the fruit puree with petit-suisse, then add 100 g of whipped cream, gently incorporating it.
Distribute the cream in 4 cups, garnish with remaining 1 tuft of whipped cream and put in the freezer 30 minutes before serving.
