Apricot dessert
Instructions
Mount the cream with the sugar, blend the apricots with 5 macaroons, cream, incorporates mount the egg whites with sugar until stiff, merge all with cream/apricot, fill the cups, put in freezer for 1/2 hour, serve sprinkled with icing sugar and amaretto.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 100 cl of whipping cream
- 500 g of macerated apricots in sweet wine
- 200 g of sugar
- 6 egg whites
- 6 amaretti biscuits
- Icing sugar
