Dessert at fennel
Instructions
Boil the fennel slices in boiling water with a little salt.
Drain them, pass them to the blender and then through a sieve.
Combine the powdered sugar, vanilla and liqueur.
Mix, divide into 4 bowls, refrigerate for 2 hours, then decorate with tufts of whipped cream.

- 1 dram of aniseed liqueur
