Instructions

Clean the snapper, wash them carefully and dry them, patting with paper towels.

Season with salt, pepper, massaging his hands in such a way as to make them taste good, then put inside slices of lemon and bay leaf.

Wrap each fish in an aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Serve with anchovy sauce and salad.
