Red Snapper to seawater
Instructions
Clean all the vegetables and cut them into small pieces, then squamate and gutted the cod, wash it under running water and dry it well.
In a pot placed on the bottom all vegetables, lie down on the cod, all wet with sea water and add two glasses of water.
Cook the cod over medium heat for 15 minutes since the beginning of the boil, drain them well and then place it on a serving dish.
Serve the cod seasoned simply with crude oil.
