Delizie al marsala
Instructions
Working the meat with eggs, breadcrumbs softened in milk, chopped ham, salt and pepper.
Form meatballs, flour them and fry them in 80 g of butter.
Melt the remaining butter, add the marsala wine, a glass of water and bring to a boil.
Soak in the sauce and meatballs seasoning until the liquid is almost completely evaporated.

- 400 g of minced meat
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of ham
- 1 glass of milk
- Stale bread crumbs
- 100 g of butter
- 1 glass of marsala wine
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
