Instructions
Peel the potatoes, carefully rinse and cut into slices not too thin.
Do the same with the onion and place in a large bowl.
Add Bacon, salt, cream, part of beer and finally the olive oil extra virgin.
Stir and mix for a few seconds, using a wooden spoon, then, place the ingredients in a baking dish that you previously greased with butter and sprinkled with beer and cream.
Bake in the oven already warm for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees, checking every now and then.
Serve the dish hot.

- 600 g of potatoes
- 200 g of onions
- 50 g of diced bacon
- 25 cl of lager
- 200 g of liquid cream
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
