Pepper appetizer
Instructions
Wash tomatoes, cut into slices and marinate them with crushed garlic, chopped Basil and 2 tablespoons oil.
Wash and dry the peppers, FRY for 15 minutes, peel them and cut them into pieces, removing the seeds.
Make a layer of peppers, cover them with a sauce made of oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and garnish with slices of tomato and chopped tuna.

- 4 green peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 90 g of tuna in olive oil
- Basil
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
