Instructions
Clean the baby octopus, remove the inner and outer skins and wash them.
In a skillet heat the oil, then add slightly crushed garlic and let it Brown.
Add the baby octopus well dried, let them cook for 2 minutes, moisten with the wine, keepn lively fire and flavored with salt, pepper and chilli.
Pour into serving dish topped with chopped parsley.
If you want to store them in the freezer does not add the chili and let them cool, then pour into an airtight container.
Thawed at room temperature, pour the baby octopus in a pan.
Add the red pepper and 2 tablespoons of water and heat in a Bain-Marie.
Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
