Baby squid appetizer
Instructions
Clean the baby squid and rinse under running water.
Sauté the garlic in a pan with oil.
Join the well dried and baby squid FRY for 2 minutes.
Pour the wine and let it evaporate, add salt, pepper and chili and bring to boiling.
Remove from heat and let them cool.
Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.

- 600 g of moscardini
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Hot pepper
- Salt
