Put in the shaker a few ice cubes, then rum, lemon and sugar.
Shake and serve in a cocktail glass double.
Tips: the lemon juice should be strictly fresh and flitrato; don't overdo it with brown sugar, you might give the cocktails too sweet note.
Drink it as a digestive or aperitif and as refreshing in summer.
