Mixed salad with diced
Instructions
In a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a sprig of Rosemary Cook to vivacious fire the well flattened chicken breast.
Salt, remove from the Pan and let it cool.
Clean the fennel, wash them and cut them into cubes and place them in a Bowl by spraying with the juice of 1 lemon.
Cut the ham into small cubes, cold chicken and mozzarella.
Combine everything in the bowl with the fennel and dressed with a sauce made by beating for a few seconds the oil extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, a handful of basil leaves, salt and pepper.
Place the cubes in individual dishes on whose bottom you will have a bed of salad, complete with some olive oil and serve.

- 700 g of fennel
- 150 g of chicken breast
- 100 g of mozzarella
- 80 g of ham
- Pitted green olives
- Fresh salad
- 1 lemon
- 25 g of lemon juice
- Rosemary
- Olive oil
- 80 g of olive oil extra virgin
- Basil
- Salt
- White pepper
