First we procure of the grape leaves and steaming for about 2 hours.
Then you take one by one and in they put rice, salt and cinnamon (camun); coil like cigars and fire, simmer for about 4 hours.
This Arab cuisine is very good, but requires a long cooking time (6 hours!).
