Instructions
Cut into pieces of orange peels and pour over the water after it has been heated.
Let it soak for a day and then filtered, retaining an infusion in a closed container.
Now put the grape skins to macerate with the other drugs and alcohol for 15 days, stirring a couple of times a day.
Prepare the syrup by heating the sugar in the Orange water and add it to macerate.
Let it sit a day, filtered and bottled.
Served after a few months.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 280 g of sugar
- 350 g of water
- 25 g of bitter orange zest (yellow part)
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 1 g of vanilla
- 1 clove
