Hearts of palm with mayonnaise
Instructions
Drain the hearts of Palm from the liquid and slice them.
Place in a salad bowl.
Mix 1 tablespoon of mustard with 1 of Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mayonnaise and a handful of parsley.
Pour the sauce over the hearts of Palm, mix well and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 hearts of palm in pot
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
