The heart of veal in sauce
Instructions
Boil the veal heart.
Sauté with butter, chopped onion, add the flour, dilute with the broth, season with salt and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and after 5 minutes stir in chopped capers and gherkins and heart into pieces.
Continue to cook for another 5 minutes and serve.

- 1 veal heart
- 30 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 20 g of flour
- 50 cl of broth
