Instructions
Prepare the dough with water, flour and a pinch of salt.
Boil the potatoes.
FRY in lard minced garlic, onion and Mint.
Pass the potatoes with a potato masher, mix the sauce and grated cheese and fill the ravioli.
Season with fresh tomato sauce and a sprinkle of grated pecorino cheese.

- 400 g of white flour
- Salt
- Water
- For the filling:
- 700 g of potatoes
- 200 g of fiscidu (cheese in brine)
- 1 tablespoon of lard
- 2 onions
- Garlic
- Fresh mint
