Cod cubes
Instructions
Thaw the fish, cut it into cubes and place in a large saucepan with the white wine, two cloves of garlic and bay leaf.
Add salt and cook for about 10 minutes.
Put the mayonnaise in a bowl with the Worcester, Rubra, the mustard and the fish cooking liquid.
Arrange the cubes on a plate, sprinkle with the sauce and chopped parsley.

- 1 pack of cod fillets (400 g)
- White wine
- 200 g of mayonnaise
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Salsa rubra
- Mustard
- Chopped parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Laurel
- Pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
