Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.
Mix with brown sugar.
Put the mixture in a glass dish or plate, bring to the table.
Mix the butter and sugar.
Add the flour.
Mix well.
Put the oatmeal, working all over with your fingertips unevenly, the mixture will be lumpy.
Put the dough over apples.
Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour.
It is eaten hot, warm or cold.
