Crostoni with creamed arugula
Instructions
Then grill the slices of bread in a hot oven for about 5-7 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix cream mixing robiola with rocket leaves, cut into pieces (previously rinsed), and add a pinch of salt, mixing for a few minutes.
When the slices of bread will be ready, rub hands together with garlic and spread them with the mixture.
Season with a little oil extra virgin olive and serve immediately hot and crunchy.

- 8 slices bread
- 150 g of robiola cheese
- Arugula salad
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 thread of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
