Anchovy croutons
Instructions
Pass the slices of bread crust in private 2 beaten eggs with salt and Brown in butter, drain and place them on baking.
Mix the anchovies, cleaned and chopped, eggs, parmesan cheese and salt.
Spread the mixture over the bread and bake in hot oven for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle parsley and serve hot.

- 8 slices sandwich bread
- 60 g of butter
- 250 g of fresh anchovies
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt
