Instructions
Skinned eels and sfilettatela.
Cut into slices the bread crust and remove all grease abundantly every slice.
Reduce eel fillets to the size of half a slice of bread.
Set on one side of each slice eel filet and, next, a couple of tomato slices, cut so that they do not protrude from the bread; Salt them lightly.

We suggest a variation: in place of tomatoes, you can have on two slices of bread with lemon peel and private on these two eel fillets arranged transversely.
