Toast peppers
Instructions
Peel the peppers, wash them, deprive them of the petiole and seeds and cut into thin strips.
Carefully wash the parsley, remove the stalks and finely chop the leaves.
Chop the onion and ham and put them in a saucepan with a clove of garlic and stock.
Leave a little taste it all, then add the peppers, tomatoes and capers.
Sprinkle with the white wine, add salt and cook everything on low heat for 30 minutes.
When cooked, remove the garlic clove, then add the chopped parsley and distribute it on toasted bread slices.

- 8 slices tuscan bread
- 2 great and fleshy yellow peppers
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 80 g of ham
- 100 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1 ladle of broth
- Salt
