Neapolitan crostini
Instructions
Grease the baking, sprinkle the slices of bread spread with butter on top.
On each put a slice of mozzarella cheese, anchovy fillet, a half tomatoes, add salt, pepper and a pinch of oregano distributed.
On all pour a little olive oil.
Put in the oven at 250 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 slices of stale bread a day without crust
- 50 g of butter (or margarine)
- 1 mozzarella
- 4 anchovies water and de-boned
- 4 peeled tomatoes
- 1 pinch of oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 thread of olive oil
