Racy crostini with sausage
Instructions
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Deprive the slices of bread of the crust, then polished with butter and mustard.
Lay on each slice of bread with a cheese, then cut the slices into 4, gaining from each 4 square croutons.
Cut the sausages in half lengthwise and then in the other direction; try placing 1 piece on each Toast then put them on the oven and cook for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Serve immediately.
