Crostini with chopped olives
Instructions
Rattle off the olives and put them in a pan with seasoning simmered with all ingredients well chopped, add the wine and let evaporate and when cooked, add two tablespoons of chopped olives, stirring well.
Everything passes through a sieve and spread on toasted bread slices.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of sweet dried black olives
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 1 orange (zest)
- 1/2 cup of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 glass dry white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
