Onion crostini
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil and let exhaust the onions cut into very thin slices.

Drain well, raffreddare.
Combined with béchamel sauce (you can also use the ready) onions, grated Parmesan, adjust salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture on the slices of bread and heat in the oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately.

- 12 slices of finger roll type bread
- 2 small white onions
- 60 g of parmigiano
- 1/2 cup of bechamel
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- White pepper
