Artichoke crostini and tuna
Instructions
Thoroughly wash the artichokes, remove toughest leaves, leaving practically only the heart and boil them.
Peel the beans, wash them thoroughly and boil them.
Pour into a blender artichokes, beans, tuna, stick of celery thinly cut and a pinch of salt.
Spread on slices of toasted bread that cream is obtained.
