Crostini with asparagus
Instructions
Boil in boiling salted water, add asparagus in a pan with olive oil, butter and chopped onion, Cook for about 10 minutes, processing them and add to the mixture the grana.
Brush melted butter the slices of bread, polished with asparagus cream, bake at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes and serve.

- 1 pack of asparagus tips from 300 g
- 1 onion
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 4 slices of bread
- Olive oil
- Butter
