Special coconut tart and chocolate
Instructions
Combined in a bowl of grated coconut 200 g, 50 g sugar, 2 egg white, 40 g of flour and mix well until dough the consistency of the pastry.
Lined with baking paper a round of 20 centimeters in diameter, roll out the dough and bake the cake for 5 minutes in the oven already warm to 180 degrees.
In a bowl beat the 2 eggs with 100 g sugar, 30 g of flour, the remaining grated coconut, cinnamon, chocolate shavings and whipped cream.
Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
Let cool the cake and decorate as desired with slices of fresh coconut.

- 200 g of whipping cream
