Nutella Tart (Crostata di Nutella)
Instructions
Prepare the pasta: formed a volcano with flour, put eggs, butter cut into chunks, sugar, orange zest and a pinch of salt.
Knead until dough is soft, formed into a ball, wrap it in a clean cloth and keep it cool for half an hour.
Covered with the pastry lined tart mould one with parchment paper, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Make cool nutella in a water bath, pour into the tart.
Garnish with whipped cream and serve lukewarm.

- 300 g of flour
- 150 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 orange (zest)
- 1 pinch of salt
