Instructions
Work the butter with the egg yolks, add sugar, then the flour previously mixed with yeast, vanilla and lemon zest.
Work well the dough and spread it with your hands into a buttered and floured; taking care of rialzarne, all around the edges.
Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Prepare the mounting biuda until stiff and incorporate the sugar and ground almonds.
Once cooled, decorate the tart with the biuda.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- For the pastry:
- 6 egg yolks
- 400 g of sugar
- 250 g of butter
- 1000 G = = 00 Flour
- 30 g of yeast
- Grated lemon rind
- 1 pinch of vanilla
- For the biuda:
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 400 g of almonds
