Cauliflower tart
Instructions
Cook the cauliflower in a little slightly salted water and prepare a béchamel sauce with vegetable cooking water.
Roll out the pastry and foderarne a lightly oiled baking sheet.
Put in oven at medium heat for 15 minutes.
Divide florets of cauliflower and deploy them on the tart.
Add some butter flakes, grated Parmesan and nutmeg, then cover with the sauce.
Put the baking tray in the oven at moderate heat (150-180° c) for about 30 minutes.

- 350 g of salty pastry
- 1 1000 g of cauliflower
- 150 g of vegetable sauce
- 100 g of parmigiano
- Nutmeg
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Butter
