Orange tart
Instructions
Pour the flour on a pastry Board with 50 g of butter, lard melted in a water bath and a pinch of salt.
Then knead for a few minutes.
Remember to keep a portion for decorations.
Prepares a pan imburrandola and infarinandola, then stretch dough to disk, you cover the bottom and edges.
In a Bowl very vigorously will whisk the egg yolks with the remaining butter, sugar, orange juice and zest.
Then pour this cream in pan and remaining dough strips are formed that arise on the cream (Besides these strips can be added into strips of orange peel).
Fold the edges of the dough inside the tart and place in the oven (oven already warm) for at least 25 minutes.
The tart should be served warm or lukewarm.
