Instructions

Grease a mould from tart with a diameter of 25 cm approximately.

Thaw the dough, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and pastry-lined mold is obtained: the edge of dough all around should be often enough.

Pierce the cake with a fork, then another with greaseproof paper, placed above a bit of dried beans and bake in the oven at 225 degrees for a quarter of an hour.

Prepare the stuffing: put to boil the milk with the vanilla pod split in two.

With the mixer worked 1 whole egg plus 2 egg yolks together with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Chop the walnuts, pitted dates, finely chopped and sliced banana.

Collect the fruit in a bowl, sprinkle with a little cinnamon, then add the egg mixture and sugar.

Stirring, take down flush with the hot milk from which you removed the vanilla; then pour the mixture into the cake after eliminating paper and beans, and put in the oven for 25 minutes.

Whip egg whites until foamy soda remained with the icing sugar, spread the mixture over the cake and place in hot oven for a few minutes.

Let cool before serving cake on the serving dish.

You should not prepare this dessert with too much advance.
